LITTLE EMUS
LETS GET THE LITTLE ONES ACTIVE
LITTLE EMUS
Little Emus is back in 2025. We launched our “Little Emu’s” program back in 2022 and it has been a huge success ever since. Little Emu’s is a program aimed at kids who are turning 3 or 4 who would like to get involved in football and have a little bit of fun along the way. This program is aimed at getting your little ones active and enjoying this great sport of ours, while building their confidence for when the time comes and they can join the under 5’s competition. What better way to get the kids out of the house, active and help them make some new football friends.
After a very successful initial 2 years, Little Emu’s is back. In previous years we have built an Under 5’s team from the previous years little emu’s participants and due to the head start these little ones had due to the skills learnt in the program, they are well on top of their competition..
This program will be run by our very own Women’s Premier League captain Lia-Renee Clarke and Women’s Premier League manager Jen Kolta

OUR COACHES

JEN KOLTA & LIA-RENEE CLARKE
Jen, manager of our Women’s Premier League, has been playing football from a young age and was a member of our WPL playing squad in 2023, but due to an unfortunate injury Jen has not been able to take the field and has taken on the position of squad manager. Jen’s experience and her friendly nature will help bring out the best in your little ones.
Lia, captain of our Women’s Premier League and female club captain, has played the sport from a very young age and at some of the highest levels. A Marconi youth player, Lia made the move to Marayong FC 10 years ago and is currently one of our longest serving female players. Always smiling and a little bit of a joker, the kids will really enjoy being taught by Lia.
