Active kids voucher for all school age kids (if you have one).
Players ID photo to upload (must be a recent passport style photo), no group photos, so hats, no sun glasses. Photos must be front on, no side on photos will be accepted.
Credit/debit card for online payments or direct transfer to the clubs account details for those who wish to transfer the money (please make sure the players full name is in the transfer description). Account detail are below.
