FEMALE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

With the support of the NSW Office of Sport, we are proud to present our Female Development program for season 2024.

Thanks to the funding provided by the NSW Office of Sport, we have created a 3 session female development program for all our female players from Under 12’s to U21’s.

Leading into the finals series, this is the perfect program to ensure that all our junior and youth female teams are in the best shape to bring home the title in 2024.

We want to help our young girls become the best footballers they can be and our Marayong FC in-house development program is a great place to further their development. The sessions that Daniel and Peppe will put the players through will help improve every aspect of their game. The development programs are focused on 7 Key Areas:

Technical up-skilling
Balance
Explosiveness
Mentality
Body Positioning
Speed and Strength
Ball Mastery

PROGRAM DETAILS

AGE GROUPS: 8 years to 16 years of age.

REQUIREMENTS: PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH A CLUB IN 2024

PROGRAM 1 in 2024: Starting Tuesday 30th April

DAY: Sessions will be held every Tuesday nights at Harvey Park. Session length will be 75min per session.

COST: $240, The programs will run for 8 sessions (weeks)

AVAILABILITY: Whether you play for Marayong FC or not, everyone is welcome on the condition that your child was registered with a club during the 2024 winter season.

OUR COACHES

DANIEL GEORGIEVSKI

An Australian football superstar and Marayong FC junior, Daniel Georgievski is back at is old stomping grounds to help our juniors be the best they can be.

Daniel is an Australian superstar footballer with a 14-year career both in the A-League and abroad in Europe. Daniel has competed at the very top level including the UEFA Champions League and has played against the likes of Ronaldo, Salah, Hazard and De Bruyne, as well as 22 appearances for the Macedonian national team. Learning from some of the best coaches in the business such as John Toshack, Kevin Muscat and Ernie Merrick, he will be bringing all that knowledge and experience to Harvey Park.

Having competed at the very highest levels of European club competitions, Daniel knows exactly what it takes to make a great footballer. Daniel’s knowledge, experience and ability to pinpoint the improvements needed in every player will be critical in helping our juniors become the best players they can be.

PEPPE FEDELE

A champion junior development coach who will be bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Marayong FC.

Peppe is one of the best junior development coaches in Australian football, he’s talent and dedication has helped push many Australian youngsters to their highest potential. For over 15 years Peppe has worked with over 3,000 kids from beginners to semi professional NPL1 and NPL2 players, he has also helped develop hundreds of young association level boys and girls from the age of 8 to the SAP development programs.

Peppe’s ability to improve a player’s ability and control is second to none, His focus will be on improvement of the most important aspects of a young players game such as technical ability, strength, speed and balance.

Peppe has been a great figure in Australian football for over 15 years and he will play an integral part in the development of our juniors.
